[edit]Does someone have a nice high-res map of Marlborough to check whether Cape Campbell or West Head (at the entrance to Tory Channel) is further east? Grutness 04:24, 8 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Cape Campbell S 41.726743 E 174.277153 -- West Head S 41.213013 E 174.315262 http://www.topomap.co.nz/NZTopoMap?v=2&ll=-41.237028,174.371223&z=12 So West Head is Further East ( Closer to 180) . LawrieM (talk) 08:38, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
Northernmost point
[edit]Looking on this map, it appears that Napier Island and Nugent Island are almost exactly as far north, and that Napier Island could have land further north. The article has no inline citation that Nugent Island is the most further north. Do either of the two references support the claim? HenryCrun15 (talk) 02:16, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
The North Coast of Nugent Island is at 29 13.8551 - Napier Island North Coast is at 29 13.8621 So Nugent Island is indisputably further North (closer to the equator) - not by much .. we are talking about 14 meters - but it is further North. LawrieM (talk) 08:12, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
