Delete. Oxford Union is famous, former presidents include William Gladstone (PM of the UK) and Benazir Bhutto (former PM of Pakistan). The election was controversial. But... I feel that only the winner of the election is sufficiently notable for inclusion. If Mr Forsyth does get his name in the media as the main subject of an article, rather than mentioned in passing, at some point in the future then we can recreate.
