Undiscussed move and split reverted

The undiscussed, controversial WP:MOVE of this article to Dental dam (dentistry) in this edit, and the concomitant WP:SPLIT to Dental dam (oral sex) (here) have been reverted. If you wish to rename this article, please follow the procedures at WP:RM#CM. Since the bold split doesn't have consensus, please follow the recommendations at WP:PROSPLIT.
