[edit]Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.
There are no incorporated cities in James City County, as stated in the article, therefore Williamsburg is not the County Seat (also I live here; Williamsburg and JCC merely share a border and participate in several joint services such as a joint school system). Virginia is strange, in that counties and cities are essentially the same thing. There are no cities inside of counties in Virginia. You can be in either a city or a county. Leondegrance
- In Norway, cities and "Kommune" (local authority district in the UK, or Gemeind in Germany) are quite much the same thing. American counties are probaply not supposed to be the same as what here is described. Then again, if such was actual facts rather than official facts, I would not need to write words as "probaply" or "supposed too". (83.108.30.141 (talk) 00:54, 17 July 2010 (UTC))
