If this is the incorrect place to ask just say so. But what makes this an encyclopedia article as opposed to a dictionary item?
I'm not asking to be mean, but I'm just asking so I know when I go to submit articles :) Now of course it can go on to be explained in a full-fledged article (how "online volunteers" began to become popular, etc) but at the moment (to me) it's only a dictionary item (not that that isn't a good start).--John Lynch 08:14, 3 Aug 2004 (UTC)
