Marriage
[edit]According to Adam himself (he said it on national radio across Australia) he's getting married at the end of January 2006. No one noticed, so I thought I'd point this out. -- Jashank 00:51, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
- Was this recent? I haven't heard him on radio for a while! -- Chuq 09:13, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
- Is 'dead motorcyclist' perhaps too much information? Or at least mentioned tactlessly? 220.101.186.127 16:28, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Mathematical Status
[edit]Does he really qualify for the category Australian Mathematician, as he is not a professional mathematician, nor does he seem to do research.GJ203 05:34, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
- He doesn't qualify, and that's why he's not there. Dr. Universe (talk) 22:54, 15 November 2020 (UTC)
Inclusion of recent interview
[edit]Really is just WP:RECENTism. LibStar (talk) 02:10, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
dead bike rider
[edit]The reference to a dead bike rider should refer to a donor instead. Also there is no reference to the dead motor cyclist. (or should there be). CamV8 (talk) 10:45, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

Personal life - relationships
[edit]Spencer was featured in a Daily Mail article (August 2017) about his divorce, and new relationship. While Daily Mail articles aren't de rigueur for Wikipedia (I think?), I couldn't locate the other article mentioned.
The relationship change has also previously (February 2017) been mentioned in the Teahouse pending verifiable news sources.

Personal life - relationships (editing January 2018)
[edit]Hello CamV8, thanks for your recent edits, I know that you were working on this page well before I added things :) I wanted to ask about the changes to the infobox etc. about Spencer's current relationship. I mentioned this above on this talkpage earlier and had other citations. The cessation of his relationship with Mel has the Daily Mail citation, and Yana is mentioned in that same article. Does that qualify to note Yana as a current relationship in the infobox? Thanks for your time and advice! - SunnyBoi SunnyBoi (talk) 01:25, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
- Also I see you have added a significant amount of content to the article. Most of it is well cited. My suggestion is, we work on meeting the good article citeria Wikipedia:Good_article_criteria there needs to be some tidying up, copy editing and removal of some trivia to improve the article up to wp:good. Regards CamV8 (talk) 21:31, 16 January 2018 (UTC)
Overly detailed?
[edit]Have tagged as overly detailed - thinking of the "Hosting and speaking roles" and "General contributions" sections in particular. Tacyarg (talk) 21:35, 14 March 2022 (UTC)
