This is presumably something to do with karate? --Ianb 22:33, 12 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Yes, this is an introductory description of one of the 26 katas of the Shotokan school. Bit by bit, I will get the moves recorded and presented here. I have found some examples on the web, but I cannot simply cut and paste, even though the information is presented for free distribution (on personal webpages). The German Wikipedia has done exactly what I have, but instead of providing textual descriptions of the sequences, they have linked to videos on external websites. I will link to videos, too, but ultimately only as an adjunct to the textual descriptions. This will be quite some job. [[User:Whiskers|whiskers (talk)]] 08:22, 15 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Thanks. I asked because it's amazing how much context-free junk gets created, never to be edited. The series is looking good (not that I know anything of the subject). Ianb 08:38, 15 Sep 2004 (UTC)
