Citations in opening sentence do not regard its contents

[edit]

The term "dictatorship of the proletariat", and even the term "dictatorship", do not appear in the first two citations in the article. The opening sentence, giving a definition, should probably have citations that lead to the definition of the term. The 9th citation is supposed to contain the given definition of the term, so it should probably be used in the opening sentence instead. NeedsCorrection (talk) 01:13, 8 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"Incident in Baku" / Baku Commissars

[edit]

The article states that the commissars were killed by the British. However, when one reads the linked Wikipedia article on the killing of the Baku Commissars, it discusses British involvement in a more nuanced and oblique way, citing one historian who says that the relevant British officer did not attempt to stop the killing. 2.108.129.238 (talk) 20:11, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
