User talk:Mickeymousechen~enwiki
Hi everyone! I'm mickeymousechen. I'm from China, hoping to make freinds with wikipedians!
Hi, Mickey! Welcome to the club! Neat user name, by the way. My wife and I are going to renew our annual passports to Disneyland soon. It really is a wonderful place, and the park's new management is really working hard to reverse some of the neglect that the previous management team was responsible for. Regarding the "Dinosaur" article, it's a bit too short even for a substub. Could I impose on you to expand it somewhat, perhaps with a brief plot outline or cast list? Thanks, and once again, welcome! - Lucky 6.9 05:36, 22 Aug 2004 (UTC)
Thank you! Thank you for your caring for Disney. It's really cool to meet people who love to go to Disneyland! I will put on the cast list, but I have a little trouble that my English is not good, I even can't express my idea. So native speakers will consider the intro to Dinosaur too funny if I wrote down sth like "plot". But I will try! I will try my best to put down what I can! Thank you for your supporting!Mickeymousechen 05:44, 22 Aug 2004 (UTC)mickeymousechen
Glad to be of help. In fact, I plan on bringing a digital camera next time I go so that I can add some pictures to the Disneyland, Enchanted Tiki Room and Disney's California Adventure articles. If you ever want to get in a fun Disney theme park discussion group, go to www.laughingplace.com. While you're still on Wikipedia, I've added lots of information both to the Disneyland article and the Enchanted Tiki Room article. You might want to have a look. Have fun! - Lucky 6.9 07:43, 22 Aug 2004 (UTC)
Thanks for your Disney-related editing! I will enjoy'em.
A tag has been placed on CAV Thakral, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Gavin Collins (talk) 15:48, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
CAV Thakral
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article CAV Thakral, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of CAV Thakral. Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Mickeymousechen. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Mickeymousechen~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
