Should we make separate pages for specific fighting game subgenres?

Shooter games has pages for some of its important subgenres like hero shooters and tactical shooters. Considering that there are specific popular subgenres of fighting games too, should we make separate pages for 2D, 3D, and platform fighting games? Virtua Fighter isn't the first 3d fighting game
